Birthday calendar
Members set their birthday and the system tracks them automatically. When the day arrives, the celebration is handled for you.
Announcements
Send an automatic birthday message in a channel of your choice. Write your own text using {user} and {server} placeholders, or use the embed builder for a richer announcement.
Birthday role
Assign a special Discord role on a member's birthday. The role is automatically applied on the day.
Rich embeds
Switch between plain text and fully customisable embeds for your birthday announcement. Set colours, titles, descriptions, images, and footers.
AI message writer
Use the AI Magic Button to generate fun and creative birthday messages instantly, then customise the result to suit your community's style.
Easy setup
Enable the module, pick an announcement channel, optionally set a birthday role, and write your message. The system handles everything else.
Configuration
Birthday settings are managed from the Birthdays tab of the Discord bot.
Announcement channel
Select the Discord channel where birthday messages are posted when a member's birthday arrives.
Birthday role settings
Choose a role to assign to members on their birthday. This is optional, but great for highlighting the birthday member in the member list.
Announcement message
Write the birthday message using text or the embed builder. Use {user} for the member's name and {server} for the server name.
Message mode
Toggle between plain text and embed mode for your announcement. Embed mode opens the full embed builder with colour, title, image, and footer options.
Getting started
Set up birthday celebrations in a few simple steps.
- Enable Birthdays: Toggle the Birthdays module on from the Birthdays tab of the Discord bot.
- Choose a Channel: Select an announcement channel where birthday messages will be posted.
- Write a Message: Craft a birthday message using text or the embed builder. Use placeholders for a personal touch.
- Set a Birthday Role: Optionally select a birthday role to highlight the member on their special day.
