Hub overview
The Hub is the first page you see after signing in. It provides a live overview of your account activity and quick access to the key parts of the portal.
Find a duel
The hero area of the Hub features a prominent "Find a Duel" button that enters matchmaking immediately. A "View Decks" button sits alongside it for quick access to your deck builder.
Battle streak
Your current battle streak is tracked with live metrics and dot indicators. The streak area also shows a milestone reward footer displaying what you earn for maintaining your streak.
Quests hub
A live widget embedded directly on the Hub page shows your active quests, challenges, and milestones with progress bars. Items ready to claim are highlighted for quick action.
Twitch linking widget
If your Twitch account is not yet connected, the Hub displays a Twitch Linking prompt. If already linked, it shows your Twitch connection status instead.
Persistent header stats
The header bar across all pages shows your Level with an XP progress bar, Coins balance, and Win/Draw/Loss record. These update in real time as you play.
Milestone celebrations
When you reach a significant milestone, a celebration modal appears on the Hub to mark the achievement and display the associated reward.
Using the hub
The Hub is your starting point. Everything you need is accessible from here.
- Sign In: Visit play.goosequest.io and sign in to land on the Hub automatically after email verification.
- Find a Duel: Click Find a Duel from the hero area to enter matchmaking and be paired with an opponent.
- Check Your Quests: Review the Quests Hub widget to see active quests and challenges. Claim any rewards shown as ready.
- Link Twitch if Needed: If the Twitch Linking widget is visible, click it to connect your Twitch account and unlock your caught geese as Warriors and the Nest.
