Where to configure this

Your Discord servers and their health are on the Community overview, and every Discord bot feature has its own Community page. Installing the bot on a server is separate from linking a personal Discord account: add a server in Settings, Connections and bots.

Core features

The Discord bot brings intelligent community management to your Discord server with AI conversations, moderation tools, and engagement features that adapt to your community's culture.

AI conversations

The Discord bot engages with members in chat using a configurable personality. Tone, verbosity, interests, and emoji use all adapt to your server.

Customisable personality

Pick a tone (Friendly, Professional, Helpful, Sarcastic, or Argumentative), set response length, and define topics the Discord bot engages with or avoids.

Moderation tools

Keep your server safe with warnings, configurable mute roles, warning thresholds, and automatic mute durations for repeat offenders.

Levels and rewards

Reward active members with XP, level roles, and progress tracking that encourages participation.

Economy system

Run a server economy with custom currency, member balances, activity rewards, and spending options across games and activities.

Multi-server support

Manage the Discord bot across every Discord server you run in Bearsong. Invite, activate, deactivate, or remove servers with individual configuration for each.

Additional features

The Discord bot includes a comprehensive suite of community tools to help you build and run your Discord server.

Welcome messages

Greet new members automatically with customisable welcome text and a configurable welcome channel.

Reaction roles

Let members self-assign roles by clicking buttons on embedded panels. Useful for notification preferences and interest groups.

Sticky messages

Keep important messages pinned at the bottom of channels for rules, announcements, and reminders.

Scheduled messages

Plan messages in advance with flexible scheduling for announcements, reminders, and recurring content.

Auto responses

Set up automatic replies to specific triggers or keywords for FAQs and common questions.

Getting started

Set up the Discord bot in your Discord server in a few steps.

  2. Invite to Server: If installation is available, follow the authorised installation flow from Integrations and review the requested server permissions.
  3. Activate the Server: Once invited, activate your server from the Community overview in Bearsong then enable only the modules you want. Each module may require its own configuration and Discord permissions.
