Where to configure this

Open Automations, Scheduled messages. Choose your server at the top, and use the switch to turn it on or off.

Scheduling features

Automate announcements so your server stays informed even when you are away.

One-off messages

Schedule a message to post at a specific date and time. Perfect for event reminders, maintenance notices, or timed announcements.

Recurring messages

Set a repeat interval (in minutes) and the message will automatically repost on that schedule. Ideal for daily reminders, weekly updates, or regular community notices.

Date and time picker

Choose the exact date and time for your message using the built-in date-time picker. Choose a future time for a planned send. A due or past schedule may send immediately when enabled; check its date, time and status before saving.

Text or embed

Write your scheduled message as plain text or use the embed builder for a richer announcement with colours, titles, and images.

Channel selection

Choose which Discord channel each scheduled message should be posted in. Different messages can target different channels.

AI message writer

Use the AI Magic Button to generate message content instantly, then customise the result before scheduling.

Configuration

Scheduled messages are managed from the Scheduled Messages tab of the Discord bot.

Target channel

Select the Discord channel where the scheduled message will be posted when the time arrives.

Execution time

Pick the date and time for the message to be sent. Use a future time for planned delivery. A due enabled schedule may send immediately.

Repeat interval

Optionally set a repeat interval in minutes. Leave empty for a one-off message, or set a value for the message to repeat automatically.

Message content

Write the message as plain text or switch to embed mode. Use the AI Magic Button for quick content generation.
