Tickets

Create a fully featured support ticket system in your Discord server with customisable panels, staff roles, transcripts, and private channels.

Discord botLast updated

Where to configure this

Open Community, Support tickets. Choose your server at the top, and use the switch to turn it on or off.

Ticket features

Manage support requests with private ticket channels that keep conversations organised and accessible to staff.

Ticket panels

Create one or more ticket panels, each posted in a channel of your choice. Members click a button on the panel to open a private ticket, no commands needed.

Staff roles

Assign a support role to each panel. The requester and the configured support role can access the ticket. Discord administrators can bypass channel permission restrictions; review the resulting channel permissions before relying on confidentiality. See Discord permissions (opens in a new tab).

Transcripts

When a ticket is closed, a transcript can be saved to a designated channel for record-keeping. Optionally send a copy directly to the member via DM.

Welcome message

Each ticket panel can display a custom welcome message inside the new ticket channel, guiding the member on what information to provide.

Custom naming

Define a naming scheme for ticket channels using placeholders such as {username}, {id}, and {counter} to keep things tidy.

Panel styling

Customise each panel's title, description, button text, button emoji, and embed colour to match your server's branding.

Configuration

Ticket settings are managed from the Tickets tab of the Discord bot. Each panel is configured independently.

Panel channel

Choose the channel where the ticket panel embed is posted. Members click the button on this embed to open a ticket.

Ticket category

Select a Discord category where new ticket channels are created. This keeps all open tickets organised in one place.

Support role

Assign the staff role that should have access to tickets from this panel. The requester also needs access, and Discord administrators can bypass channel permission restrictions. Review the resulting permissions.

Transcript channel

Optionally choose a channel where transcripts are saved when tickets close. Enable DM transcripts to also send a copy to the member.

Naming scheme

Set the channel name format using {username}, {id}, and {counter} placeholders, for example ticket-{username}-{counter}.

Appearance

Customise the panel title, description, button label, button emoji, and embed colour to match your server's theme.
